Role Overview
- Motivate and inspire team members to be positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and hardworking
- Support SM and team members and provide feedback for professional growth
- Follow written SOPs for compliance
- Lead by example in high-volume retail scenarios
- Track employee and store sales for optimal performance
- Maintain store compliance with regulations
- Assist SM with inventory and compliance audits
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures
Requirements
- CannSell license from AGCO
- Clean Criminal Background check
- 4-5+ years of retail management experience in retail.
- Possess or Ability to obtain Cannabis Retail Manager License from AGCO
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience managing in a Unionized environment.
- Sound knowledge of Cannabis plants and different strains of Cannabis
- Knowledge of standards of Cannabis Retail stores set by AGCO.
- Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations pertaining to retail Cannabis is a must!
