Enable teams by mentoring engineers, improving technical maturity, and fostering a culture of reliability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in e.g. computer sciences.
7+ years’ experience as a Data Engineer in a complex IT landscape.
3+ years’ experience in a leading position in a similar environment.
Experience in or affinity with software development in the financial sector, the payment sector in particular is preferable.
Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
Agile mindset and experience in working agile/scrum teams.
Experienced in working with SQL and developing ETL solutions.
Experienced in working with Azure data platform.
Experienced in testing pipelines which are built on Azure with system and regression tests.
Experienced with OPS work like monitoring and solving incidents.
Knowledge of Apache Airflow.
Knowledge of data modelling and data management is preferable.
Knowledge of Python Spark is preferable.
Knowledge of client and payments data is preferable.
