Implement technical solutions that meet requirements, following design standards and development best practices;
Maintain and optimize existing systems, including refactoring legacy code and fixing critical bugs;
Implement automated tests to ensure software quality;
Actively participate in the agile software delivery lifecycle and ceremonies (daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.)

Strong experience in backend development using the .NET platform, with emphasis on C#;
Solid knowledge of RESTful API development and service integration practices;
Experience with databases such as SQL Server, Sybase, and MongoDB;
Query optimization and data modeling;
Familiarity with tools such as Entity Framework and Dapper;
Familiarity with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ and Kafka;
Experience with agile frameworks such as SCRUM and/or Kanban;
Experience with microservices-based architectures, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes);
Knowledge of security best practices, authentication, and authorization;
Strong knowledge in creating unit, integration, and automated tests.
