Receive raw footage (uncut recordings) and refine it by color correcting, adjusting brightness and contrast, removing errors, trimming excess, structuring the sequence of scenes, and assembling the final video so it has continuity while preserving the meaning and context of events;
Meet delivery deadlines for edited videos for daily posts on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram;
Split completed video edits to create "micro-content" for distribution on Instagram and Twitter.
Requirements
Good communication skills, sense of rhythm, musicality and timing, positive attitude and energy.
Creativity and knowledge of different video formats and structures to capture the attention of different audiences with the final products.
Experience with major video and audio editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, Motion Graphics and Sony Vegas.
Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills.
Understanding of the current social media landscape and the importance of Instagram, Twitter and YouTube in today’s digital environment.
Excellent time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
