Accountable for meeting or exceeding sales results within assigned territory
Effectively partner with internal business units to develop and execute individual sales plans with selected distribution partners
Meet or exceed activity requirements deemed necessary to achieve sales goals as defined by sales management
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Prudential's products, services and programs and effectively use knowledge to compete and win in the marketplace
Identify and recruit producers and financial advisors within assigned territory to meet or exceed sales plan
Provide initial and ongoing training to Brokerage General Agencies, Institutions, and Individual Producers within the territory on the use of Prudential’s products and services
Practice exemplary compliance, record keeping and expense management
Requirements
5+ years of life insurance and/or annuity sales experience preferred
Ability to build and manage relationships effectively
Understanding of industry financial issues and key profitability measures
Demonstrates adaptability and resourcefulness
Life & Health/Series 6 & 63 licensed
Professional designations such as CFP, CLU, ChFC preferred
Position requires overnight travel – 50-75%
