Drive delivery of subscription platform initiatives, including partner onboarding, lifecycle enhancements, and benefit offer capabilities
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for sophisticated technical solutions
Conduct market and customer research to see opportunities and advise product strategy and roadmap development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, architecture, and partners
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize features, assess risks, and support decision-making processes
Manage and prioritize the product backlog for subscription capabilities
Identify execution, operational, and interpersonal issues that impede product success
Support and enable core Agile practices and tenets
Collaborates and develops positive relationships with many teams
Manages development of adoption tools and training materials
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience
6+ years experience in hands on technical writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large scale company/application/product environment
7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment
Advanced level understanding of customer experience
Proven success in advising matrixed resources and delivering software, with Agile Scrum methodologies
Strong requirements elicitation and proven writing skills
Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools
Experience in delivering large and sophisticated business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deep understanding of platform technologies and components
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data
Knowledgeable with SQL and has data driven approach
Fluent with SQL, Tableau, other analytical solutions like SAS, SPSS
Knowledge and experience with integration patterns, APIs, and protocols such as REST, EDI, SOAP, etc
Extensive knowledge of DevOps (CI / CT / CD) and application of CI/CT/CD in Agile environment
