About this role
Role Overview
Building and launching CRM campaigns in Braze across email, SMS, push and in-app channels.
QA’ing campaigns to make sure everything works as expected and meets brand guidelines.
Building and maintaining lifecycle journeys like onboarding, engagement, upgrades and retention.
Running A/B tests and improving messaging, timing and channels based on results.
Managing campaign calendars and coordinating delivery with stakeholders.
Making sure data privacy, consent and compliance standards are always followed.
Developing your skills in automation, segmentation and personalisation.
Taking on more complex journeys over time and growing towards CRM Lead responsibilities.
Requirements
Experience using a CRM or marketing automation tool. Braze is a bonus, but Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe, Customer.io or similar all work.
A proactive, collaborative approach. You enjoy working closely with teammates, sharing ideas and spotting opportunities to improve.
Strong attention to detail. You take pride in clean builds, error-free campaigns and a polished customer experience.
A curiosity to grow your CRM toolkit, whether that’s automation, data, journey design or experimentation.
A sense of ownership. You don’t just press send. You care about the outcome and the impact.
