Perform monthly accounting and managerial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery;
Analyze results, variances and margins, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing action plans;
Support the definition of financial KPIs and develop dashboards and performance reports;
Work collaboratively with business areas to control costs, expenses and investments;
Ensure compliance with internal policies and corporate governance best practices;
Contribute to strategic planning by providing financial insights and scenario simulations;
Support internal and external audits, ensuring data quality and traceability.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field;
Strong experience in controllership, accounting and financial analysis;
Advanced knowledge of Excel and BI tools;
