Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for clients on the solutions.
Provide ongoing support, resolving questions or operational issues.
Collect feedback from schools and report insights to the internal team.
Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding the partnership.
Maintain close relationships, align expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields.
