Conduct trainings and capacity-building sessions for clients on the solutions.
Provide ongoing support, resolving questions or operational issues.
Collect feedback from schools and report insights to the internal team.
Identify upsell opportunities or ways to expand the partnership.
Maintain close relationships, align expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields.
