Role Overview
Design simple, user-centric experiences using sketches, wireframes, flows, prototypes, and Adobe Design’s own UI design system.
Develop a strong point of view grounded in analysis of user research and data insights, advocating for user needs with clear, thoughtful solutions and stakeholder presentations.
Build positive relationships with team members across design, product, and engineering to translate business objectives into unique product experiences.
Invent the future with solutions that are usable, useful, modern, and accessible.
Create strong visual designs that uphold a high bar for the Design craft across the web, desktop, and mobile ecosystem of products.
Craft well-defined design specifications for engineering implementation.
Stay curious in the rapidly evolving AI and technology landscape.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in fast-paced creative environments
High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to communicate design ideas through sketches, storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and motion/animation
Strong product design skills, with the ability to think conceptually and strategically about business impact
A compelling portfolio that showcases exceptional UX and visual design, and clearly tells the story behind your work
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with design, product, and engineering partners
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to proactively drive work forward with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Adaptability in designing for emerging technologies and evolving user experience patterns
Commitment to inclusive, accessible, and respectful design practices
Experience working with AI-powered features or products
Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities (preferred)
Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design (preferred)
Accessibility certifications for CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP (preferred).
