Provide support and graphic design for the development of recycling awareness campaigns and educational materials for a variety of stakeholders and audiences, including key stakeholders, internal and external.
Support project management of key initiatives and ensure various design and content needs progress to a production-ready state for web and print.
Writing and editing of communications material – digital and print.
Help maintain and update website content for partners.
Provide organizational support on various digital marketing and communications elements including website updates, direct email, surveys, online forms, and online meeting management.
Ensure all communications are consistent with brand guidelines and organizational messaging.
Provide general administrative support to the communications team as needed
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Business, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience writing for different audiences or platforms.
Knowledge of MS Office tools and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with a strong understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and the ability to communicate and apply AI technologies effectively within a business context.
Highly detail-oriented and organized with a strong sense of urgency.
Effective judgment, decision-making skills and problem-solving skills.
