Role Overview
- Manage the operation and maintenance of infrastructure resources on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);
- Plan, develop, and implement DevOps strategies to increase the efficiency and quality of software deliveries;
- Ensure the security of cloud systems and data by defining and enforcing robust security policies and procedures;
- Develop, maintain, and evolve automation scripts and tools to optimize operational efficiency;
- Coordinate cloud infrastructure projects and DevOps initiatives, ensuring deadlines, scope, and budget are met;
- Implement and operate monitoring tools to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of cloud systems;
- Analyze and plan infrastructure capacity, anticipating future needs and supporting business growth;
- Manage, respond to, and resolve incidents related to cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes effectively and in a structured manner;
- Document and keep technical documentation of cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes up to date;
- Mentor, train, and provide technical support to the team, promoting continuous development of skills and best practices.
Requirements
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields;
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud;
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Chef and Puppet;
- Knowledge of cloud security practices, including firewalls, IDS/IPS and encryption;
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash and PowerShell;
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation;
- Experience with operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux and Unix;
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana and the ELK Stack;
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes;
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet and Chef;
- Knowledge of IT standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001 and GDPR.
