Actively participate in the preparation and execution of sales plans, events and campaigns.
Communicate and effectively present Axalta solutions to key decision-makers at prospective companies.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external resources to deliver results.
Maintain accurate account information and contact data in Salesforce (SFDC).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 5 years of Automotive Refinish industry experience.
5 + years of direct-selling experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals.
Experience selling to or managing relationships with top-tier clients preferred.
Strong business development and prospecting skills plus the ability to acquire new clients quickly and effectively.
Strong knowledge of the collision repair, commercial transportation and industrial business environments as well as repair shop and distribution fundamentals.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and time-management skills.
Strong work ethic and self-discipline.
Competent computer skills, proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
