Designs, modernizes, and migrates CRM platforms in large enterprise environments
Leads and supports Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce replacement initiatives
Integrates Salesforce with backend ERP systems using modern integration patterns and middleware
Collaborates with architecture, integration, AI, and delivery teams and communicates technical risks to stakeholders
Supports modernization efforts involving fragmented data and legacy CRM implementations

3–7+ years of experience in Salesforce systems engineering or technical consulting
Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience
Experience supporting CRM migration or large-scale modernization programs
Ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous enterprise environments
Strong communication skills across technical and executive audiences
Willingness to travel (primarily U.S.)
