Supervise visits in the client home and community during the evenings (2pm-8pm) and weekends.
Provide engaging parenting skills assistance and help strengthen family bonds.
Advocate for families, setting goals with assistance of caseworker and documenting progress.
Report any concerns of alleged abuse/neglect and testify in court as needed.
Provide transportation for children and families to visitations.

Reliable Transportation to safely transport children and meet families.
Valid insurance and drivers license required.
Clear Communication and strong documentation skills.
Positive Rapport with families to build trust and provide meaningful support.
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field , But NOT Required !(Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, etc).
Prior experience working with kids, crisis intervention and conflict resolution, and knowledge of child development and the child welfare system.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
Clear criminal history and a driving record with no more than three points assessed.
Strong written communication skills for accurate and unbiased documentation, as well as excellent verbal communication skills via phone and email.
