Work closely with Growth, Partnerships, Sales, Product, and Design teams to deliver marketing initiatives and campaigns successfully
Plan & execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, producing high-quality marketing assets such as sales collateral, campaign creatives, and event materials
Analyse campaign performance (email engagement, campaign impact, conversions) and use data to improve marketing effectiveness
Build and send marketing emails and create HubSpot workflows to support lifecycle marketing and lead nurturing
Manage audience segmentation, marketing lists, and CRM campaigns to ensure communications are timely and relevant
Support the planning and execution of events, including exhibitions, property launches, and partner activations
Requirements
2+ years Experience working in Marketing or Growth roles
Experience creating marketing assets such as emails, one-pagers, social creatives
Hands-on experience using HubSpot or other marketing automation tools
Comfortable analysing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
Confident collaborating with cross-functional teams
