Concept and design/assemble new winning static ads that address different markets, formats according to performance data trends
Work with Creative Strategist to research, develop top insights/hypotheses, track patterns and profitable optimisation tests (captions, KV swaps, formats, placements, ad copy x creative combination tests)
Collaborate with Creative Strategists & Editors to translate/design/assemble winning + net new visuals into videos (from concepts, layouts, formats, themes, audio suggestions, hook frames etc)
Work with Creative Strategist to audit, design, and optimise landing pages, funnels, and CRO flows (offers, banners, pricing tables, upsells/downsells)
Design/assemble new funnels and post-click assets (listicles, advertorials, RT pages, quizzes, subscription/referral pages)
Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Amazon, retention, tech, and product teams to Design/assemble collateral to support acquisition and retention across other funnels + channels (Amazon ads, new LPs, quiz funnels etc)
Maintain and grow research banks (swipe files, templates, idea docs)
Map and improve customer journey touchpoints across ads, LPs, and emails (Miro, Milanote or any visual collaboration/ board tool)
Work with Creative Strategist to ensure all creative is high-quality, error-free, brand-consistent, and compliant with Meta/ Platform ad policies
Partner with media and product teams to keep creative ideas fresh and converting after compliance edits
Work with Creative Strategist to apply and integrate AI tools into workflows to scale creative production, generate insights, and deliver consistent winning tests
Collaborate with Tech, Creative Strategists, Growth strategist to drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows across different (document & automate winning formulas)
Requirements
3+ years of experience in performance design, growth creative, or related performance marketing roles
Proven track record of creating ads and funnels that scale profitably for 8-9 figure brands (portfolio required)
Strong understanding of paid algo platforms (Meta/TikTok/Youtube) and how design impacts performance campaign outcomes eg: Spend, CTR, CVR, LTV etc
Strong ability to translate customer insights and data into creative concepts
Skilled in design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.) and comfortable briefing editors/creators
Knowledge of CRO, landing page design, and customer journey funnel
Familiar with AI creative tools (GPT, Kling, Midjourney, Runway, Elevenlabs etc), some creative/ process knowledge in workflow automation
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across pods and departments
