Lead the design and governance of RESTful APIs and web services, establishing standards for security, scalability, and reuse
Guide troubleshooting efforts, mentor team members in resolving integration issues, and ensure high availability, performance, and continuous improvement of systems
Establish and enforce documentation standards, ensuring clear technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and process documentation are maintained

8+ years of proven experience with Boomi AtomSphere integration processes
Strong understanding of XML, JSON, SQL, and integration patterns
Technical Mentorship
Ability to guide and support team members, share knowledge, and help others grow their technical skills through coaching and constructive feedback
Decision-Making & Ownership
Capacity to make informed technical decisions, take responsibility for outcomes, and lead projects with confidence while balancing trade-offs
