About this role

Focus on industrial air quality, covering sectors like carbon capture, hydrogen, data centres, etc.
Development of emissions inventories and industrial air quality models
Post-processing and report writing
Design, oversight, and management of ambient air quality monitoring
Review and quality assurance for work undertaken by junior team members
Provide on-the-job training and mentoring

Multi project experience of impact assessment for industrial projects (traffic impact assessment alone will not suffice)
Good level of competency in developing industrial Emissions Inventories from first principles
Good level of competency is industrial dispersion modelling, and a good working knowledge of ADMS and Aermod are essential
Competency in the design implementation and management of ambient air quality monitoring programs
Competent report writing skills in English
Thorough understanding of UK Planning and Permitting regimes and air quality impact assessment for these
Knowledge of international impact assessment following IFC guidelines
