Role Overview
- Lead the workstream internally by coaching more junior consultants
- Manage the design and delivery of Workday projects
- Collaborate with all other Consultants within the Payroll workstream
- Develop solutions for requirements or planning challenges
- Assist in budgetary accountability for projects
Requirements
- 5+ Years of Workday and/or 5-8 of Industry Experience
- Prior consulting experience required
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
