As the future Project Manager, coordinate a variety of construction services to ensure the successful delivery of the project
Lead construction projects from start to finish and ensure they are completed on schedule, within budget and to the required quality
Prepare and review construction documentation
Prepare funding/grant applications, submit them and manage the entire application process
Organize and support procurement/tendering procedures and coordinate external partners, especially planners and construction companies, across all HOAI service phases
Monitor project progress and control costs, schedules and quality

Completed university degree (Master’s or Diplom) in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture or equivalent skills and knowledge based on many years of professional experience
Several years of relevant professional experience managing public construction projects
Fluent German (C1); English skills are an advantage
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., HOAI, LHO, VOB, GVFG)
Confident communication skills with contacts at all organizational levels
Team-oriented with a structured and independent working style, even under time pressure
