Provide support for the financial, accounting, tax, inventory, billing, asset maintenance and procurement modules. Diagnose issues, clarify doubts, and resolve incidents related to Protheus.
Analyze, propose, and implement improvements, new modules and systems to optimize processes and ensure alignment with market and vendor best practices.
Document procedures, configurations and implemented processes. Develop and train users on best practices and efficient use of the modules.
Identify and correct technical and configuration issues, ensuring system stability and performance, and act proactively to prevent recurrence of errors.

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience with the TOTVS Protheus ERP.
Analytical capability to understand business processes and propose solutions that add value to the company's operations.
Knowledge of SQL Server is essential.
A plus: Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Technology or related areas.
