Contribute to the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of AKS clusters and Kubernetes workloads;
Implement and improve Helm charts, GitOps pipelines (ArgoCD), and Terraform modules across multiple environments;
Support and enhance the Istio service mesh, ensuring ingress control, routing, observability, and secure communication;
Integrate and operate NATS for event-driven microservices and messaging;
Manage and optimize MongoDB Atlas clusters on Azure to ensure performance and reliability;
Automate and streamline infrastructure tasks using Bash and Python scripts;
Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure and consistent deliveries across teams (Bitbucket, GitLab, or GitHub);
Collaborate with Platform Architecture and Cloud Ops teams to implement best practices, standardization, and operational excellence;
Contribute to network and routing configurations, ensuring reliable connectivity between Azure environments;
Explore and apply AI and LLM-based tools to improve automation, observability, and knowledge sharing;
Continuously propose improvements that increase platform reliability, reduce costs, and improve the developer experience.
Requirements
Mandatory: Advanced English. Excellent comprehension and communication skills in English.
Experience as a DevOps engineer in AKS/Kubernetes environments;
Hands-on, solid experience with Azure cloud architecture, networking, and security concepts;
Proficiency with Helm, ArgoCD, Istio, and Terraform (or OpenTofu);
Strong scripting experience with Bash and Python;
Experience managing MongoDB Atlas on Azure;
Familiarity with NATS or similar event streaming systems;
Solid understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals (deployments, services, ingress, RBAC, namespaces);
Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows;
