About this role

Serve as a primary advisor and build trusted relationships with member-policyholders
Analyze the current and future needs of member-policyholders to offer coverages tailored to their auto and home insurance needs
Deliver outstanding customer service
Respond to member-policyholder inquiries

Valid AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) license in personal property and casualty insurance required
Relevant experience in property and casualty insurance
Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Comfortable using computer tools
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Excellent team spirit and collaboration skills
