Role Overview
- Perform daily bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks
- Manage supplier invoices and create purchase orders
- Oversee payment procedures and ensure accuracy
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Manage and maintain supplier relationships
- Reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Follow up on missing approvals and payments for creditors
- Monitor the invoice and requisition approval process in the procurement system
- Manage & own the invoices inbox for all supplier requests & invoices
- Perform & Support with Monthend task
- Perform & Support with Audits
- Adhoc tasks
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting or a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficient in English
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently
- Solid understanding of ERP systems
- preferably Unit4
- Advanced Excel skills
