Strategic Opportunity Identification
Use continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or similar) to identify and prioritize processes suitable for automation or enhancement.

Integration and Implementation

Requirements
Proven experience in process mapping, analysis, and redesign.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Design Thinking).
Experience in automation projects, digital transformation, or initiatives involving AI.
Analytical capability to conduct ROI studies, operational gains, and efficiency impact assessments.
Clear, structured communication skills oriented to multidisciplinary teams.
Organization, systems thinking, and a strong delivery focus.
Differentials: Experience with BPM and automation tools.
Practical knowledge of Generative AI, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or language models.
