Strong proficiency in Python and Django

Clear communication to translate technical problems and collaborate with internal teams
Solid knowledge of HTTP and REST
Experience designing idempotent and fault-tolerant flows
Experience with observability, monitoring, and incident resolution
Concurrency control and race condition handling
Query and index optimization in relational databases
Knowledge of the payment lifecycle such as capture, authorization, settlement, refunds/reversals, chargebacks, and reconciliation
Experience integrating with acquirers, sub-acquirers, and Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) providers
Experience with ledger (general ledger), payment methods (POS, Pix, Boleto), Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
