About this role
Role Overview
Manage order intake and processing (EDI, internal systems, manual entry)
Monitor orders through to delivery
Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure deadlines are met
Monitor inventory levels and anticipate stock shortages
Support management of key accounts by ensuring a high level of service
Proactively resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or inventory
Produce and analyze operational reports (orders, inventory, performance)
Collaborate closely with internal teams (logistics, accounts, marketing)
Maintain strong B2B client relationships
Report any product quality issues
Requirements
Experience in order management, B2B customer service, or logistics coordination
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or food/beverage sectors (strong asset)
Good understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
Experience with an ERP (SAP is an asset)
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and rigor
Excellent interpersonal skills
Bilingual required (French and English, spoken and written)
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (intermediate/advanced Excel)
Experience with EDI systems or order management tools
