We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer who is eager to grow and learn, share knowledge, collaborate, and innovate while delivering value to all our clients.
You will play a leading role in strategy, analysis, and the creation of executive reports, turning data into actionable insights to guide product and technology decisions.
The work involves measuring performance, quality, and cost of solutions, accelerating product hypotheses and providing visibility into critical OKRs/KPIs.
You will initially work on the team that manages the IARA GenAI platform, where you can further develop your AI expertise by participating in discussions, planning, and deliveries.
Functionally, you will report to the Chapter Lead for analytics engineering, who will support your professional development and day-to-day activities.
Develop narratives and visualizations that facilitate decision-making for diverse audiences.
Integrate internal data sources, such as agent logs, provider costs, etc.
Build dashboards and materials that highlight OKRs/KPIs.
Validate trade-offs between quality and cost of features and recommend optimizations.
Design metrics and monitoring routines that connect technical deliveries to business outcomes.
Translate stakeholders' questions into objective metrics and actionable indicators.
Support the development of the Analytics Engineering Chapter.
Share knowledge with the rest of the team.
