Requirements
We are looking for someone who has experience leading people, developing teams, and who can today train others with awareness and responsibility, acting as a technical reference, people leader, and guardian of the strategic and creative quality of deliverables.
This is a senior role that requires balancing performance, brand building, and people care.
We expect a hands-on leader who is present in day-to-day operations, capable of guiding, deciding, solving problems, and developing talent. We seek someone with proven experience coordinating copywriting teams, inspired by established market schools such as Érico Rocha and Leandro Ladeira.
Essential experience writing conversion-driven copy across formats: capture and sales landing pages, ads, emails, and sales funnels.
Copywriting focused on performance and brand building, with a portfolio that demonstrates impact. Experience in: sales funnels, VSLs, launches, and direct-response campaigns.
Ability to read and monitor metrics, with the capacity to identify improvement opportunities.
Applied mastery of copy frameworks such as PAS (Problem, Agitation, Solution), AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action), and the 4Ps (Promise, Picture, Proof, Push).
Impeccable writing and a deep understanding of buying psychology.
Technical and emotional seniority.
Ability to make decisions and defend choices.
Collaborative, hands-on profile.
Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams and C-level executives.
Willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and get involved hands-on when necessary.
