You are responsible for revenue, contribution margins and the profitability of our education voucher products.
You make data-driven decisions on relaunches and consistent product sunsets — discontinuing courses that no longer perform economically or qualitatively.
You develop technological systems and automated workflows (AI-supported) to ensure the relevance of our learning content.
You optimize our learning environment so it directly contributes to placement success and strengthens our market position in the employment placement business.
Build a dashboard to manage usage data, completion rates and placement outcomes in alignment with the CFO.
You lead the 16-person team away from a pure production mindset toward an entrepreneurial, product-driven way of working.

Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or an MBA.
Several years of experience in high-KPI-pressure industries (e.g., Gaming, AdTech, FinTech or scaling SaaS companies).
At least 5 years of direct managerial responsibility for interdisciplinary teams.
You think in terms of scalable platforms and processes, not one-off scripts.
You prioritize by business case and contribution margin, not by harmony.
Willingness to travel: you look forward to regularly taking the train or driving for our strategy weeks and team events.
Ideally you already live in the Munich or Berlin area (or the Frankfurt/NRW region) — or you plan to relocate there.
