About this role
Role Overview
Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Track project progress and prepare management status updates
Support labor, equipment, and material resource planning
Assist with takeoffs and bid document preparation
Maintain contracts, permits, drawings, change orders, submittals, and RFIs
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and progress reports
Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
Assist with permit applications and environmental documentation
Serve as liaison between field crews, office staff, and leadership
Schedule meetings, inspections, and site visits
Provide project updates to clients and stakeholders
Coordinate with engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to resolve issues
Coordinate delivery and tracking of materials and equipment
Review invoices and purchase orders against budgets
Monitor subcontractor performance
Assist with bid preparation and proposal submissions
Track project expenses and budget variances
Support project closeout documentation (warranties, as-builts, final reports)
Support enforcement of company safety policies and OSHA/USCG regulations
Track inspections, incidents, and corrective actions
Help ensure work meets quality standards and client expectations
