Role Overview
Review and refine AI-generated outputs on M&A topics, including deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction structuring, valuation, post-merger integration, and stakeholder management
Evaluate AI responses for deal realism, sound reasoning, and direct applicability to M&A scenarios
Draft realistic M&A case studies and negotiation scenarios informed by your direct deal experience
Create alternative scenarios from perspectives such as buyer, seller, advisor, or board member
Identify logic gaps, impractical responses, or oversights in AI-generated M&A content
Requirements
A senior-level M&A consultant, deal advisor, investment banker, corporate development leader, or similar
Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK
Several years of hands-on M&A experience, including deal execution, structuring, negotiation, or integration
Adept at identifying logical gaps, flawed assumptions, or unrealistic approaches in M&A scenarios
Comfortable working independently and providing clear, actionable feedback
Available for 8–20 hours per week, with near-term availability
