About this role

Work directly with Project Managers to create and track budgets and schedules
Conduct project audits, manage schedules, review invoices, and manage financial data
Support proposal development and finalize documents
Create and maintain reports addressing all aspects of the project management cycle
Support project initiation and administrative maintenance of projects within third party and in-house software systems

Post-secondary degree or diploma in project management, business administration, accounting, or a related field.
4+ years of project management experience
Ability to prepare and analyze project financial data and apply concepts of project cost management
Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and excellence are key attributes.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Effective and demonstrated communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Reliable, well organized, motivated, and self-managed.
