Senior Risk Management Analyst

Role Overview

• The Crew Member will be based at our AZV headquarters in Barueri, SP.
• Conduct interviews and map high-complexity business processes that have significant impact on Azul.
• Develop materials and deliver risk management training across various levels and areas of Azul to strengthen risk culture.
• Prepare Risk and Control Matrices.
• Calculate Residual Risk based on the methodology and align results with management.
• Develop process flowcharts.
• Design and execute control tests.
• Propose improvements (action plans) for identified gaps.
• Follow up on action plan implementation deadlines.
• Test the effectiveness of action plans.
• Prepare reports and executive materials to be presented to Senior Management and the Audit Committee.
• Review working papers prepared by Mid-level and Junior Analysts.
• Apply risk management methodology in accordance with COSO ERM and ISO 31000.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of corporate risk methodologies (COSO ERM and ISO 31000).
• Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels of the company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Postgraduate studies or courses focused on Audit, Risk and Internal Controls are a plus.
• International professional certification in ISO 31000 is a plus.
• Experience with data analytics tools (Alteryx) is a plus.
• Experience in the civil aviation sector is a plus.
