About this role

Manage and ensure project scope, cost, quality, schedules, risks, communication, and stakeholder satisfaction
Define, develop, monitor and communicate established project indicators (KPIs)
Manage, direct and monitor risks/issues and their mitigations/resolutions
Engage, lead and develop multidisciplinary teams for each project
Ensure knowledge transfer from Projects to the Support team
Prepare budgets, RFPs, proposal comparisons, and technical/management assessments
Ensure consolidation of standards for project management
Evaluate and support project prioritization
Provide guidance to the technical team on project execution
Lead pre-project and post-project activities
Prepare materials and lead meetings to report on milestones
Propose and make decisions related to project definitions and problem resolution
Ensure quality control according to company requirements
Discuss deliverables from a technical, high-level perspective to ensure understanding and delivery quality
Provide oversight, support, and technical assistance to project analysts and junior project managers

Experience with SAP projects
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Management methodologies such as the PMBOK guide, Scrum framework, and other project management tools
English and/or Spanish (a plus)
