Digital design production — delivering high-quality design across Sportsbook, Retail, Gaming, and Acquisition channels, consistently on-brand and built to perform
Multi-channel asset creation — producing banners, landing pages, web assets, and digital campaigns for ATL and BTL divisions across multiple formats and platforms
Design acceleration — helping reduce cycle time through specialist capacity, enabling faster campaign deployment and greater market responsiveness
Cross-functional collaboration — partnering with copywriters on integrated concepts, working alongside motion designers on video assets, and supporting print workflows
Champion AI-assisted design — integrating generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, RunwayML, and Flora into day-to-day production to accelerate ideation and output
Team mentoring & capability building — supporting the growth of junior designers and helping design leads stay focused on strategic direction and brand governance
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in a digital design role, ideally within a fast-paced in-house or agency environment
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
Solid animation background — confident producing motion graphics and animated assets using After Effects or equivalent
Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, RunwayML, and Flora — able to integrate AI-assisted workflows intelligently into production
Ability to manage multiple briefs simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines
Strong eye for detail, typography, and layout across digital formats
A collaborative, team-first attitude with clear and confident communication.
Experience in the betting, gaming, or sports media industry — familiarity with Sportsbook or iGaming creative environments is a strong advantage
Background working across both ATL and BTL campaigns
Familiarity with print production workflows
Experience helping to define or document AI design workflows within a creative team
