Lead sales analytics and process improvement initiatives for the JSG ID sales team.
Establish, define, and plan regional and national strategy in alignment with overall company strategy.
Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business.
Coach and lead the sales operations team in support of analytics preparation.
Negotiate MR contract terms based on performance and Justrite Safety Group needs.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Advanced management degree preferred.
A minimum of 12 years proven success in sales and sales operations.
Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
Excellent sales growth performance and employee management experience.
Experience building sales process, programs, and incentive compensation plans.
Deep sales process knowledge and history of successful installation of a sales process.
