Your summer projects will include: Contribute to updating our employee handbooks and HR policies, ensuring they reflect our values in a global context.
Help improve our HR systems and documentation, making our processes smoother and more efficient for everyone.
Support critical HR data projects, including work related to our performance management cycles and HR Information System (HRIS).
Assist in organizing employment contracts and other key HR materials, a vital part of the employee lifecycle.
Take part in developing new learning content for our employees and contribute to our company's sustainability reporting.
Requirements
You have completed a few years of relevant studies.
You have a genuine interest in Human Resources and in contributing to a positive employee experience.
You have a sharp eye for detail and a structured, organized way of working.
You bring a proactive, can-do attitude and are comfortable working independently on assigned tasks.
You have excellent communication skills in English and are motivated to work in an international team environment.
You are able to work regularly from our office in Salmisaari, Helsinki.
You are available from mid-May to mid-August.
