Monitor the main acquisition and engagement KPIs on a daily basis, focusing on strategies for acquiring new users and reengaging the existing user base;
Analyze data and recommend tools to build effective strategies and support decision-making;
Generate insights through data analysis and research to enhance incentive strategies based on user behavior;
Map and optimize investments through analysis and testing;
Manage projects with the Marketing team and, when applicable, other stakeholders (Product, Data, etc.).
Requirements
Degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline;
Critical thinking;
Strong analytical skills;
Intermediate to advanced SQL;
Advanced Excel;
Ability to clearly communicate analyses and insights;
Preferred: experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight, etc.);
Preferred: experience working on Growth-related initiatives;
Hybrid work availability: required to attend our office in the Morumbi area of São Paulo once every 3 months for four consecutive days, typically during the last or first week of the month (Creditas in Person).
