Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts through facilitating onboarding sessions, conducting regular check-ins and business reports, and attending to day-to-day concerns
Lead the discussions and negotiations of contract renewals
Organize marketing initiatives such as webinars and newsletters that drive member engagement
Solicit feedback from accounts and incorporate these into product development and overall business strategy
Develop deep understanding of Hive’s product, as well as health plans and processes in the market
Support and coordinate closely with other functions to deliver an extraordinary user experience
Requirements
At least 1 year of relevant experience in account management, business development, or related fields
Ability to effectively use data in building business reports and performing business analysis
Creative, detail-oriented, proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities
Curious, results-driven, ownership mentality with growth mindset
Excellent verbal and written communications
Collaborative team player with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
