You develop, test, and maintain scalable APIs (REST & GraphQL) with a consistent focus on code quality, security, and reusability.
You share responsibility for live systems: monitoring, fault diagnosis, performance optimization, and continuous improvement in production.
You actively contribute to architecture and infrastructure decisions: your assessment of scalability and system design is sought, not just welcomed.
You conduct code reviews, provide technical mentoring, and bring knowledge into the team in a structured way.
You work closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, architects, and product management, and can clearly communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
You actively follow relevant developments in the backend ecosystem and convert new insights into concrete improvements.
