Work collaboratively with the learning development team to design and develop engaging learning solutions and communications within the project scope.
Ability to build strong relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
Collaborate with a team of creative professionals to deliver assigned projects within the designated timeframe at a high level of quality.
Develop and/or incorporate 2D or 3D animation, as appropriate.
Design, create, modify, and deliver multimedia and web-based graphics, video, and audio elements.
Recommend visual and audio format, approach, content, level, and medium to achieve desired results.
Develop layout design and concept.
Modify multimedia assets to achieve desired objectives and results.
Ensure multimedia assets are developed on time and to standards.
Assist with video and audio productions, collaborate with the team to determine composition and recommend overall design of media productions, and edit special effects.
Stay up to date on new technologies, initiatives, and trends to provide ideas, guidance, and recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Animation, Instructional Technology Media, or equivalent experience
A minimum of three years of hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Animate) is critically required.
One year of experience in audio and video production and editing (e.g., Pro Tools, Audition, Premier Pro, Audacity).
Minimum of 2 years of adult learning design and development.
Marine engineering or oil and gas experience preferred.
Instructional design and project management for media technology solutions.
Adult learning theory, project production processes, and media technology learning design.
