Role Overview
- Contribute to modeling and algorithm development
- Assist in development: contribute to building predictive models (propensity, churn, lookalike)
- Support the design of internal recommendation engines
- Explore and participate in the transition from prototype to production
- Analyze the real impact of our advertising on sales
- Conduct active research and evaluate AI solutions (GenAI/LLMs)
- Take part in Feature Team rituals (daily stand-ups, sprint planning)
- Learn to translate complex technical results into clear, accessible materials
Requirements
- Master's degree (M2) or engineering school diploma (or equivalent)
- Prior experience or academic projects using PySpark and the Databricks environment
- Good understanding of experimentation protocols and the machine learning model lifecycle
- Rigorous coding practices in Python
- Comfortable working in a bilingual (French/English) environment
