Role Overview
- Independently manage customer and integration projects in the financial market environment.
- Plan, coordinate and track project milestones.
- Manage interfaces between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure schedules, quality and budgets.
- Risk management, reporting and continuous communication at all levels.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in traditional project management – ideally in an IT or FinTech environment.
- Strong technical understanding; experience with system integration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of financial markets or regulated environments (e.g., MiFID, CSDR) is a plus.
- Structured, proactive and strong communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in German and English.
