Role Overview
- Serve as the primary HR contact to Department Heads and Senior Leaders
- Provide HR status updates to HR Management team
- Ensure timely and effective delivery of HR services
- Assist on special projects and new program development
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelors and Master’s degree preferred
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience
- 1-3 years of supervisory/management experience
- PHR/SPHR preferred
- Strong decision-making capabilities
- Extensive experience partnering with stakeholders
- Business Acumen
