Role Overview
- Serve as an administrative support resource for the Division of Hematology
- Perform a wide range of administrative and operational duties across mission areas
- Prepare spreadsheets, correspondence, reports and presentations
- Manage supply inventory and handle information requests
- Plan conferences and meetings
- Answer main phone line and provide assistance to patients and families
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Business Administration or related field
- Two years of professional experience; or Masters degree in related field
- Advanced knowledge of medical office operations
- Advanced knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and other personal computer applications
- Knowledge of 340b business operational standard and HRSA compliance
