About this role

Responsible for onboarding new customers and providing training to new users
Handles level 1 onboarding cases/customer calls with a minimal to moderate level of assistance
Manages the assigned workload of open onboarding cases
Ability to move onboarding forward and complete 80% of their onboardings within 14 days of their target onboarding timeframe
Maintains a minimum assigned average Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)
Develops positive working relationships with Sales & Product Teams
Clearly understands processes and executes proficiently
Confident understanding of contracts and offered product packages and plan levels
Gains an understanding of the various roles within our CS teams/Sales/Product

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to multitask among various assignments
Excellent communication (written and oral) skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong time management skills
Ability and willingness to explore unfamiliar systems, environments, and languages
