Further development of the GREYHOUND Server, a modern SaaS solution for customer service and document management.
Responsibility for stable, high-performance and maintainable Delphi components (Delphi 12).
Development of new features in areas such as telephony integration, AI capabilities, workflows, or archiving.
Close collaboration with other developers and product management.
Support for replacing the current customer portal as part of a replatforming project and assistance with smaller customizations.

Ideally, prior experience in the e-commerce sector or a strong interest in it.
Solid professional experience as a developer.
Experience with common programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, Delphi, and PHP 8.x.
Preferably experience in developing complex systems with Delphi.
Interest in new technologies and topics such as AI, Cloud, Microservices, or integrations in the customer service context.
Ability to work independently and responsibly while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good spoken and written English.
Willingness to work on-site at our Melle location 1–2 times per week.
